What will a Health and Wellness Coach do for me?
I’m here to help guide you, if your life’s challenges involve needing to adopt better eating habits, improving weight or fitness, managing stress or sleep patterns, or any other lifestyle behavior that has been holding you back from better health and quality of life.
To give a little bit about what specific services I can offer you, I would sit with you in a discovery session where I ask you several questions on your goals and current state of health. We would next sit down and write down goals out for 6-12 months, since long-term behavior modifications are not a quick fix. Your program would be tailored to your individualized needs and goals.

I used to hate running. As an Air Force member, I was required to run 1.5 miles within a specified amount of time. I dreaded this annual test and was stressed 3-4 months every year before I was due for my assessment. Then I met Bonnie. Through her encouragement, training, and support, I slowly turned that stress into excitement and learned to love running. Since then, I’ve finished my annual assessment well within the required time, completed over 25 half marathons and 4 full marathons, and participated in a 200-mile relay 5 times. Instead of stressing over running, I now run to relieve my stress. Through Bonnie’s inspiration, instruction, and assistance, she guided me to improving myself both mentally and physically, of which I am grateful to this awesome Health and Wellness Coach!
When I met Bonnie, I was a fast food junkie and certified couch potato. I was putting on more weight and body fat than I felt comfortable with. I knew I had to do something about it, not for my image but for my own well being. Bonnie put me on the right track. Since our first meeting I became an avid runner and developed nutritional awareness. Before I knew it, my body fat dropped below 10 percent and I was running 25 to 40 miles a week. I was feeling much more energetic physically and mentally. My health and fitness improved so much, I was ready for my first full marathon and subsequently 40 plus half marathons. To this day, I’m still following that lifestyle Bonnie instilled in me and feel as fit and healthy as ever.
Bonnie is very knowledgeable and is inspiring about working through health challenges. She has helped keep me on track and lose weight!! She has helped me to understand and accept the new normal me!! I'm not going back to the old me...ever! I have more energy now, which helps me to be a better mom. It was a easy transition to healthy eating!!
Discovery Session for Single person or Pairs
The Discovery Session is our opportunity to sit down and discuss the challenges that you’re facing in reaching your health and wellness goals to obtain a higher quality life. For a single person, this is a 30-minute session, and for a pair of people (husband/wife, parent/child, friends) who are working to achieve similar goals, such as lasting habit changes that lead to weight loss, then the session is 60 minutes.

We offer packages based on individual needs and goals. No two packages are ever alike. You can sign up for 6 or 12 sessions, or you can pay by the session to have it fit into your schedule. Skyping is also an option for those not near the Billings area. The most productive for reaching goals is meeting on a weekly basis. The first session after the Discovery Session is 60 minutes where we cover the client-coach agreement, set long-term goals and short-term goals.
A great opportunity for continued support throughout the lifestyle habit-change process with a partner. We offer 6-week, 12-week and 6-month packages, starting on a weekly basis. Or, if you want to try out a few first, you can pay as you go. Skyping is also an option for those not near the Billings area. All sessions are 60 minutes long.
Corporate Wellness Training Package
Offering for free goal-setting Self Care 101 30-min session for a first session sample. Corporate packages are meant for monthly lunch and learns – food not provided. Topics include setting healthy eating habits, transforming into active lifestyles, best stress management techniques, improving sleeping habits, removing or reducing unhealthy habits from your daily life, and building positive relationships with others. These are lively, interactive sessions meant to ignite interest and motivation in the topics.
